If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unused and in saleable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund.

we will issue refunds on items damaged in transit and ONLY if we are unable to replace the item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us.
LUMI is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.
